How to identify a SAS IR volume

I was just alerted on a problem our BL870C is having which is running HP-UX 11.2 3 (ia64) This server has SAS disks in it which are configured for Raid-1.

We have two RAID-1 Logical Volumes. I see one of the two Logical Volumes is showing degraded and it looks as though one of the disks in this RAID set is having an issue.
