How to use Ghostscript

Abstract

Ghostscript is an interpreter for the PostScript language and for PDF with related software and documentation. Is has been extensively used by the UNIX community to provided rasterization services for printers that don't offer direct support for Adobe Postscript language.

Is a very handle tool to convert PDF/EPS documents to PS documents or to provided additional services like embeding fonts.

Installation

Obtained the latest available versions of the product and it's dependencies of Ghostscript for HP-UX. There are SD-UX software bundles available at the Porting and Archive Centre for HP-UX. At the time of writing this article, the latest versions are:
